GrayMar Strategies is led by Lamar Martin — a learning specialist with 13 years of experience in higher education and academic medicine. His work has always centered on one question: how do you build systems that help people perform at their best?
That question led from undergraduate academic support to medical education, from 1:1 coaching to AI-powered tools, and from institutional consulting to building an ecosystem of products. The thread is consistent: identify the real problem, design the missing structure, and build something that works.
